My Mission

I believe that sustainable weight loss is about more than just a number on a scale - it's about reclaiming your confidence and improving your long-term physical health. In a world of "quick fixes," I provide a medical-grade, evidence based approach to weight management that combines the latest in pharmaceutical advancements with foundational lifestyle changes.

Why Lifestyle Medicine?

As a physician, I've seen firsthand how traditional healthcare often treats the symptoms rather than the root cause. My coaching programs are designed for those looking for a comprehensive partner in their journey. Whether we are discussing the nuances of GLP-1 medications or diving into nutrition, my goal is to provide clarity and safety every step of the way.

My approach

I don't believe in one-size-fits all solutions. My evaluations are thorough, taking into account:

Safety First

I ensure medical eligibility, specifically screening to rule out any contraindications to taking medications.

Bio-Individual Date

Using metrics like BMI and height/weight data to set realistic, healthy goals.

Holistic Health

Looking beyond the medication to improve general physical health and confidence.
